More than 20 years of experience, incl. 8+ years in business process management projects, including:
- Managed process reengineering projects for the Nazarbayev University, UNDP project in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aurora Minerals Group, S-Munai, for the OSCE project in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, optimized up to 40% of time and financial resources.
- Implemented BPM solutions, provided consultations for more than 200 experts and taught innovative process management methodologies at 10+ trainings for 100+ participants on BPM CBOK 4.0.
- Structured process management at «KazTransOil» JSC by creating 44 detailed business process maps (in BPMN 2.0 and EPC notation) and optimizing non-core activities, which led to savings of about $1.7 million per year.
- Led the automation of the business planning system, including the activity-based costing (ABC) system at Kaztransoil, improving operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Implemented a business process management system in Kaztransoil and Fortebank.
