On November 5, 2022, at the invitation of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (PA), the Association took part in an informal meeting on the transformation of government functions and services.
The session participants were representatives of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan (OPM), project management from the President Delivery Unit (PDU) supervised by the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.O. Isekeshev, Vice Ministers for Digitalization of Government Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CDO GO).
At the meeting, we held a training session on process management, where we revealed the main concept of the international standard BPM CBOK 4.0, which represents proven methods and tools for the effective implementation of reforms and transformation with a focus on the client.
A hypothesis was put forward that the BPM tools of the organization are also applicable to issues of increasing the efficiency of government functions on a national scale.
Based on the results of the brainstorming, we can confidently say that the training was useful for all participants. Many looked at their processes from a different angle.
