Successfully conducted training on process management for NAO “State Corporation “Government for Citizens”
From December 1 to 3, the Association conducted basic training on process management in accordance with BPM CBOK 4.0 for the heads of structural divisions of NAO “State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.
The training was conducted jointly with Timofey Kostogryzov (Simurg).
The key attention was paid to the implementation of a 5-stage model of continuous improvement of business processes, providing for comprehensive management of process efficiency to achieve strategic goals, while the tools for modeling, analysis and design were supported by practical tasks.
Judging by the feedback from the participants, we can confidently say that the training was beneficial, because in customer focus, the process approach is the most effective tool for managing the activities of organizations similar to NAO “State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.
