Hello everyone! I conducted another training on business process management, this time for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I received a lot of positive feedback, which is especially nice. One of the main observations is the undeniable need for process management for government agencies, especially for such important institutions as the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Our case studies helped participants not only understand how to optimize their business processes, but also develop strategies for managing changes in these processes.
It is important to remember that all government agencies are part of a single public administration system, and for the effective operation of end-to-end processes, a process approach to the entire public administration system is required☝️.
