June 8, 2024, together with Aidos Sakyp, we held an express training on BPM CBOK (Business Process Management Body of Knowledge) for two project teams (Bekmagambetova Gulzhan) of the MIND accelerator (Altair Akhmetov, Margulan Zhumagali, Aidyn Abay) working on improving the efficiency of maslikhats.
It was great to share knowledge and practical tools that will help teams successfully implement their projects within the framework of UNDP Sustainable Development Goal #16. We discussed how the BPM methodology can be applied to optimize processes in government agencies and identified key metrics for assessing the effectiveness of projects.
I am confident that the knowledge and skills gained will help the teams achieve significant results in their work!
