May 18, 2022 a business meeting was held with the Development Bank of Kazakhstan and the Industrial Development Fund (a subsidiary of DBK). Discussed key issues of process management in general. ABPMP presented various BPM CBOK tools and practices for application in solving the identified problems. The key theme is the improvement of the change management knowledge, as well as a focus on the end products / customers of the bank.
The Development Bank and the Industrial Development Fund showed interest in further cooperation with ABPMP Kazakhstan Chapter.
