Last week, the ABPMP Kazakhstan Chapter participated as experts and jury members in evaluating final projects presented by deans and representatives from 33 universities across Kazakhstan. These projects marked the culmination of the four-month Dean’s School program, organized at Nazarbayev University.
One of the key modules of the program was our express training on business process management (BPM) in the educational sector. In just two hours, we introduced participants to the BPM methodology based on CBOK standards and demonstrated how a process-oriented approach can be a powerful tool for improving university management efficiency.
🎓 The results are impressive:
- Deans effectively applied process analysis tools during their project presentations.
- Participants highlighted the simplicity and practicality of the tools, which are already starting to deliver results.
📈 We are inspired to see how a process-oriented approach helps educational institutions achieve their goals. Next year, we plan to launch new training programs designed for department heads at universities.
💡 Processes are everywhere, and our mission is to help improve them across all sectors.
We are proud of our contribution to the reform of Kazakhstan’s education system and will continue to support the development of universities as they strive for greater achievements.
