The ABPMP Kazakhstan Chapter successfully conducted a new training format for the employees of Altynalmas JSC — a workshop-style training with hands-on practice on real processes. Within this format, participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also had the opportunity to apply it practically by working with their own business processes.
🔹 Key Objectives of the Training:
- Teach process management based on international BPM CBOK standards.
- Master process modeling in BPMN notation, enabling effective visualization and optimization of workflows.
- Implement practices for regular reengineering and structuring of processes up to level 3.
