October 5-6, 2024 I conducted a training for 29 participants, where we looked in detail at the implementation of the process approach and improving operational efficiency. The feedback was very positive – participants rated the training 9.6 out of 10, especially noting the simplicity of the presentation of complex concepts and the comprehensive approach from strategy to action. Some even said that this was not just a training, but a practical consulting on operational efficiency.
