September 12, 2024 the ABPMP Kazakhstan Chapter team (Aidos Sakyp, Zharkyn Tleukenov, Nurgissa Seilov) held a guest express training for the University Service Management (USM) Nazarbayev University, where we analyzed in detail one of the key end-to-end processes that requires improvement.

Thanks to the structured approach from the BPM CBOK, we were able to quickly identify bottlenecks and redundant activities in the process. Moreover, based on the analysis, we developed a draft plan for implementing changes to improve efficiency.

As a result of the training, all process participants came out with a clear list of tasks for adjusting their areas. This will help optimize the end-to-end process and increase its productivity.

Process management is not only a methodology, but also a real tool that helps organizations improve!
